I was absolutely thrilled to stay at horizon inn & suites, until I realized my room was a disaster. The headboard had sticky stuff all over it, and I found burnt holes in the blankets! How dare they not offer upgrades or at least a complimentary towel for my troubles? I almost left a great review, but just couldn’t.
